I'm being asked to give quite a few Zen Shiatsu treatments this month. Hardly surprising as it is such a simple, effective, soothing and grounding therapy.

The water and earth meridians are coming up a lot for people this chilly Winter

The Earth energy becomes unbalanced with overthinking and the challenges around parenting, or trying to keep everyone happy whilst our own energy is just not there. Global problems nag away in the background and we feel exhausted. The Water energy suffers with having to carry on and push through life at a crazy pace in the midst of a long, chilly, often dark Winter.

Both these elements are under huge strain in these difficult times.

Shiatsu brings peace, fresh energy and a chance to reset and ground ourselves. It simplifies things, warms the heart and unburdens our busy minds.

I have been practicing Shiatsu since 2000 and it remains the most popular therapy I offer. ❤
