Hello mums-to-be!! Is your “due date” this autumn? If so, huge congratulations!!! I really hope it’s all going super smoothly for you & your lovely bump!! ☺️

To help you through your last months of pregnancy, as you make those key decisions in your birth prep, you (and your birthing partner) are now cordially invited to join me on the LushTums Antenatal Course, “Preparing You for Birth & Baby.”

I’ve been teaching this LT fresh take on birth-ed for nearly 20yrs ~ to give you ALL the info you really need to make your own informed decisions for your body and your baby.

Birth isn’t a one size fits all scenario… there’s each individuals medical history and a whole maternity service to navigate, as well as learning the LT tools to help you prepare in your mind, your body and your heart for welcoming your little baby into the world.

Knowledge is power but actually practicing how to “breathe, move and relax” are the keys to a smoother birth (with ideally less interventions).

We do cover it all ~ pain relief options, pros & cons of all interventions and how to make your own empowered choices ~ if things go in different directions.

Dates now open for Sept, Nov and next Jan Courses ~ for all of you who are pregnant in Brighton (for those out of town DM me for online options including birth-ed power hours).

Spaces limited, booking is essential. Book early to avoid disappointment.

£280 for mum +1 or save £30 OFF if you early bird book now for Nov or Jan.
