I thought I'd write a few words to explain the energies we are in as many are struggling atm.
It is a peak moment of completion of a huge karmic cycle. So if you are struggling right now with your health or life in any area, you are not alone. This is all by design as we move towards the Equinox on the 23rd and the Harvest full moon on the 26th Sept. A karmic reset is upon us, and with it, all that we have diminished in order to belong, and the toll of keeping the peace, is now calling to be balanced.
We are shifting from Yang energy of summer to Yin energy of autumn and going within. It is a potent time for abundance, reflection, and clearing away what no longer serves you. All that you want to separate yourself from, all old relationship patterns, blurred boundaries, artificial harmony and feeling stuck/trapped by social obligations is surfacing, resulting in physical symptoms. And so you may be noticing issues with your lungs, bowel, skin and mind/head.
I recommend slowing down over the next couple of weeks as we transit into the metal element and autumn. Notice what is coming up for you. Keep hydrated, use naturopathic techniques to keep your detoxification pathways open (skin brushing, hot/cold showers, epsom salts baths, steam inhalations with lavender or frankincense oil) and lighten your diet to help things flow through.
And bring all that is coming to the surface to the next Energy Reset Clearing session on the 6th Oct, timed to focus on clearing stresses and blocks to "Relational Honesty". We will clear all fears of rejection, survival people pleasing, the parts where you have shrunk in physical stature/locked tensions in your neck to avoid standing out in the group. We will balance identity erasure and the right to say "I am" with the collective energy of "we are". We will clear what habits, relationships, or mindsets you need to let go of before winter and more.
