EVERYTHING’S GOOD! 😊

There’s a reason summer feels different.

We spend less time looking at screens and more time looking at sunsets. We say yes a bit more often. We stay out later. We remember that fresh air, good company and slowing down are sometimes all we really need.

If you’re looking for us this summer, we’ll be by the fire, in the sauna or cooling off in the lagoon.

ICE BALL OF THE MONTH 🍋

July is a peak month of seasonal abundance for harvesting fresh summer herbs and using cooling, uplifting essential oils. 🍧

Today we’re focussing on my current fav ‘May Chang’ (scientifically known as Litsea cubeba). It is a popular essential oil extracted from the small, pepper-like fruits of the Litsea cubeba tree, primarily grown in China.

It’s highly regarded for its sweet, intensely lemony aroma, often compared to lemon sherbet. Teamed with sweet basil its whisks you away to the med - think Italian summers!

Thirty days of heat, sea air, cold water and a little more time for yourself.

From 18 July – 16 August, enjoy unlimited sauna sessions for just £60.

Whether you come to unwind after work, start your weekend slowly or make sauna part of your summer ritual, this pass is your invitation to soak up the season and feel the benefits of regular heat, cold plunge and deep rest.

• For personal use only (non-transferable)
• You can book 1 session per day
• Valid during our opening hours:
Monday, Tuesday & Friday: 4.30pm–8.30pm

Traditionally, this season is about celebrating light, abundance and everything that’s growing, both around us and within us. It’s an invitation to slow down, spend more time outdoors, reconnect with nature and appreciate how far you’ve come.

Here are a few simple ways to help you carry that feeling through the rest of the summer.
