Today marks 14 years since I officially started A Mermaid’s Secret! 🧜♀️✨
Looking back, it’s amazing to see how much things have evolved. What started as a beauty, nails, waxing, and massage business has grown into a specialized focus on massage and holistic therapy.
I’ve spent the day reflecting on this journey—where I started, where the business is today, and where I want to take it in the future. Over the years, I’ve ridden the waves of growth: going from part-time to full-time, collaborating with other amazing businesses, expanding, and eventually choosing to scale back down to just me. Making that shift allowed me to ensure that every single client gets my full, undivided attention.
Reflecting on the thousands of clients I’ve had the privilege to work with brings such a massive smile to my face. I feel so much pride and joy knowing I’ve helped people truly relax mentally, find relief from physical pain, or learn daily habits to prevent injuries.
To all of my clients over the years: thank you from the bottom of my heart. Some of you have been with me since Day 1 and still come in monthly for your regular treatments. I appreciate your loyalty and support more than words can say.
Without you all, I wouldn't be here doing what I love. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us! 🥂
