Bowen Therapy Brighton Bowen is a gentle, non-invasive, soft tissue therapy that aims to reconnect the brain and nervous system to bring benefit for your entire body.

I trained and qualified with the European College of Bowen Studies and graduated in 2016. As part of my continued development I am now undertaking a course in Advanced Clinical Sports Massage with further studies in Anatomy and physiology. I’m a stress relieving, pain easing, body repairing, always caring, gently soothing, tension diffusing Bowen Therapist. I have battled with various health issue

s myself and found Bowen to be a gentle and effective therapy. I am constantly amazed by the results and the huge range of symptoms it can treat. I have treated many clients, from newborns to the elderly, and it gives me great joy to know I have been able to make a difference to people’s lives.
