If you are reading this, you are probably still looking for solutions to a health problem or you may feel that your symptoms are being merely relieved without resolving the deeper problem. To completely heal the source of your health problem takes more time and effort than simply getting symptomatic relief. Sometimes it is like removing layers of an onion; we remove the layers of disease to reach the healthy core. Therefore, a series of treatments is usually necessary to remove long term symptoms. Generally speaking, the longer you have had your condition, the longer it may take to restore health. However, positive changes can often start to be experienced very quickly. The Consultation – What to Expect
The first consultation is a time for me to find out all about you and there is ample time to talk freely about yourself. The questions will cover your presenting problem(s), your medical history, your family’s medical history and all kinds of details about your temperament and what makes you tick. Some of the questions may be quite surprising but all the information is essential for me to build a picture of your health and to allow me to prescribe effectively. After the initial consultation follow ups are normally every 4-6 weeks. For those patients who live far from the clinic, Skype is also an option (after the first in-person consultation).
