🪻Begining with a welcome blessing and cleansing we will then drink Cacao to open the heart, enhance mood, and deepen your experience.

🪻Then, you will be supported through a deep rest Yoga Nidra (a state between awake and asleep)
🪻 Once in deep Meditation, we will use vibration & sound ( Sound Bath) to bring the mind and body into a profound state of harmony and healing.

Knees Today 😉☀️

Today, I had the honor of supporting my beautiful client on her journey after a full knee replacement.

After a few weeks of massage we got amazing results today!💕

By focusing on the attachment points of the hamstrings, quadriceps, and the whole lower limb, and we finally got that patella to shift just a bit⭐😏🙌🏻

Today’s full moon Sagittarius blue moon retreat was pure magic! ✨
I loved hosting these wonderful ladies for our yoga practice, and meditation.
