I am just loving this summer - the long days, the bright sunshine, the predictability of the weather and knowing we can go out and about without the encumbrance of coats, umbrellas etc. (Whilst also acknowledging that our gardens, allotments and farms desperately need some rain.)
Many many people though are struggling with the high temperatures though, especially those of us here in the south. If you are finding the heat difficult to cope with, do try some Australian Bush Flower Essence Mulla Mulla. This lovely essence reduces the distress associated with exposure to heat and sun, helping us to feel more comfortable. (It is good for menopausal hot flushes too!)
