🌘✨ Enjoying the Eclipse Safely ✨🌘

A solar eclipse is a wonderful opportunity to pause, look up and appreciate the incredible world around us.

Whether you're watching with family, friends or members of your community, it's a chance to share a truly memorable experience together.

⚠️ Remember, never look directly at the sun during an eclipse without certified solar viewing glasses or appropriate viewing equipment, as this can cause permanent eye damage.

Taking medication correctly is an important part of staying healthy and independent.

Managing medication alone can become more challenging with age, illness or an unexpected injury but the right support can make all the difference.

Our trained care professionals can provide medication support and reminders, giving clients and their families peace of mind that medication is being taken safely and on time. πŸ’œπŸ‘

πŸ’ Client Feedback That Makes Our Day πŸ’œ

There's nothing more rewarding than knowing we've made a positive difference in someone's life.

"I can say carers and office staff are always very friendly and helpful, they respect my health conditions, my privacy and my person in general... Best agency in Brighton!"

Thank you, Giuseppe G., for your kind words and trust in our team. We're incredibly proud of our carers and office staff who work hard every day to deliver compassionate, person-centred care with dignity and respect. 🌟

πŸŽ‰πŸŒŸ Congratulations Gill! πŸŒŸπŸŽ‰

We are incredibly proud to share that our very own Gill Mills, has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Dementia Care Award category at the Brighton & Hove Care Awards 2026.

This well-deserved recognition reflects Gillian’s dedication, compassion, and commitment to providing outstanding support to people living with dementia. Her kindness and person-centred approach make a genuine difference to the lives of those she cares for every day.

Being selected as a finalist is a fantastic achievement, and we couldn’t be prouder of her. πŸ’œ

πŸ³οΈβ€βš§οΈ Looking back at What a fantastic day our team had at Brighton Trans Pride 2026! πŸ³οΈβ€βš§οΈ

From discussing future collaboration and work experience opportunities with the DWP, to speaking with people interested in joining our care teams across the South, the event was a great reminder of the power of community and connection.

Beyond recruitment, the day highlighted the value of community engagement. We connected with a local HIV+ lunch club charity to explore how we can help increase participation and support those who may benefit from their services.

πŸ’œ The main highlight was of course, catching up with some of our incredible care workers and seeing so much support, pride, and positivity throughout the event.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat. We loved being part of such an inclusive and inspiring celebration and look forward to continuing to support and champion our local LGBTQ+ community. 🌈✨

β˜€οΈ Seizing the day and making the most of summer! β˜€οΈ

Our lovely client Holly enjoyed a wonderful trip to the seafront, supported by her Care Assistant, Gill.

From feeling the fresh sea breeze to soaking up the sunshine, it was a perfect reminder that independence is about having the freedom to enjoy life's simple pleasures, whenever the moment calls.

Here's to embracing new experiences, making memories, and enjoying every sunny moment summer brings. πŸ’™πŸŒŠ

Sometimes it's not one big moment. It's the little things.

The unopened post on the sideboard.
The forgotten appointment.
The meals skipped because cooking feels like too much effort.
The phone calls that become less frequent.
The hobbies they once loved quietly fading away.

When a loved one is getting older, the signs they may need a little extra support are often subtle. They can appear gradually, making them easy to overlook until everyday tasks become increasingly difficult.

Starting a conversation early can make all the difference. Not about taking independence away, but about helping them keep it for longer.

πŸ’ Have you noticed small changes in a parent or loved one recently?

If you're unsure whether it's time to explore support, we're here to help you navigate the conversation and understand the options available.
