At-one therapy Qualified Integrated Counselling, Educational Specialists & Trainers

As an integrated counsellor (MBACP) with many years experience within NHS Partnership Foundation settings, implementing and evaluating appropriate therapy for clients using methodologies such as Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Brief Solution Focused Therapy. Some of the key areas which I work with are LGBT issues, substance misuse, depression, anxiety, phobias, trauma, relational problems, bereavement, domestic violence and abuse. Working with my clients in a therapeutic alliance, I allow them to be aware of their own sense of core-being through personal reflection, creating self-reliance and therefore enabling them to deal with their present and future challenges. Academically, I have provided training for both Further Education and private organisations and am presently in the process of reviewing educational quality for a leading Further Educational establishment.
