We can help you to navigate the health and care system. We go out to talk and listen to people from every part of our community, children, young people and adults about the services they use and what they think about them, so that we can make things better together. We’re a challenging organisation that doesn't ignore poor practice, and aims to help you to turn it into good practice. You can help u

s get stronger by telling us what’s going on in care services where you live. We're here to listen to what you want, what you like and what you dislike, and feed that information back to the decision makers.
