Unfortunately Tina, the owner and specialist women’s health physio at Brighton Physiotherapy Clinic/Women’s Health Brighton, had a minor accident the other day, slipping whilst lifting her bike over a ledge, leading to major foot injury. -
Multiple metatarsal fractures and a Lisfranc injury has left her awaiting
a surgical decision and hopping with 2 crutches. -
To pass the time, she will be documenting her injury, treatment and recovery as a blog on the Brighton Physiotherapy Clinic website. -
