Our Patient Care & Clinical Coordinator, and the lovely face behind so much of what happens here at CherryBomb.
Diane is often your first point of contact, from answering calls and enquiries to arranging appointments, gathering important information and liaising with our healthcare professionals to ensure your patient journey runs smoothly from start to finish.
But Dianeโs role is about so much more than keeping everything organised. Sheโs here to make sure you feel heard, supported and completely at ease throughout your time with us.
With many years of experience across both NHS and private medical settings, Diane brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism and reassurance to the team. Her naturally warm and nurturing approach means patients always feel comfortable asking questions and confident that theyโre in caring hands.
She genuinely cares about every patient who walks through our doors, and it shows in the wonderful feedback we receive about her time and time again.
