I’ve been thinking recently about what yoga means to me. I’ve had lots of shifts in my life lately & I’m not sure what plan the universe has for me, but I can feel that lots of things are changing ✨️
Who and what is important to me feels clearer and I find yoga is always a space where I can truly feel myself. Whatever is going on in my life, teaching yoga always brings me so much joy ✨️

What an invigorating start to the day! 🏊‍♀️
Went for a swim this morning at Quay Swim and it was absolutely amazing! Such a lovely atmosphere, friendly people and everywhere was so clean and tidy.

I’ll definitely be back! ✨
