We understand that Patients can't always attend appointments due to a variety of reasons, ranging from work commitments to life events. We do ask that you please inform us beforehand if you aren't able to make the appointment.

Informing us beforehand allows us to give that appointment to another Patient while accommodating your needs.

You can cancel appointments using the NHS app, our Klinik form, phoning us on 0117 330 4300, or visiting us ahead of the time.
