Balance
As the spring equinox passes and the balance starts to tip towards longer days, we are then gifted a libra full moon.

How do we maintain balance?
How can we come back into equilibrium?
How do we find coherence within?

In a world of overexertion, overstimulation and overachieving, how do we restore?
It starts with the nervous system. As someone whose default was functioning in a state of stress and anxiety. I’ve had to learn how to rest, train my nervous system and re-wire my brain back to safety. Connect back to my body and learn to listen to it.

Join me and Leah for a weekly nervous system reset.
