🙌🏻 Can we please stop normalising symptoms that your body is trying to tell you something.

💭 Persistent fatigue, heavy or painful periods, sugar cravings, mood changes and relying on caffeine aren’t things you should just “push through.”

⚖️ While these symptoms don’t always mean you have a hormone issues they are signs that your body deserves attention.

📞 If you’re ready to take control of your symptoms and implement an evidence-based plan that works for you book a FREE discovery call via the link in my bio or send me a DM with HORMONES.

🌿 Could your gut be influencing your endometriosis symptoms?

🦠 The estrobolome is the collection of gut bacteria involved in oestrogen metabolism, and emerging research suggests it may play a role in endometriosis.

🧩 While it’s not the whole answer supporting your gut health is one important piece of the puzzle.

Start with food:
🥦 Aim for 30 different plant foods each week
🫘 Eat more fibre-rich foods
🥒 Include fermented foods if tolerated
🥝 Support regular bowel movements

👇🏻This is what PCOS really looked like for me…

🤍 The highs, the lows and the moments where I felt like I was finally getting my life back… followed by days where I barely recognised myself.

💭 For around 12 years I thought painful heavy periods and cystic acne were just part of being a woman.

⚠️ Then in 2023 after an incredibly stressful period of working long hours in a high-pressure high-trauma job my symptoms spiralled.

😔 Irregular periods
💇‍♀️ Hair loss
🧠 Brain fog
🥱 Extreme fatigue
🪒 Unwanted hair growth

💔 The hardest part was that I was doing everything right. I was training for a triathlon, eating well, exercising and prioritising sleep yet my body still wasn’t responding.

👩‍⚕️ That’s when I trusted my instincts and sought a second opinion and was diagnosed with PCOS.

🌿 As a women’s health nutritionist I already understood the science. This time I had to become my own client.

🌸 One small change at a time my symptoms started improving, my energy came back and my skin settled. My hair loss reduced, my cycles became more regular and most importantly I stopped feeling like my body was working against me.

🤍 If you’re exhausted, frustrated and wondering why nothing seems to be working, please know you don’t have to figure it out alone.

📩 DM me “PCOS” or book a nutrition consultation via the link in my bio and let’s create a plan that’s tailored to you.
