The Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers/HCAs to join our team in Bristol.

As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to the people we care for and support.

Responsibilities

- Provide support for daily living activities, including personal care, medication support and companionship
- Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet individual needs
- Communicate effectively with each person, their family and supporting healthcare professionals
- Promote independence and dignity in a safe and warm environment
- Maintain accurate records of the care provided
- Follow company health and safety guidelines and procedures diligently
Skills and experience
- Experience/an interest in working in the health and social care sector is highly desirable
- **Must have the right to work in the UK**
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to help others
- Basic IT skills for record-keeping
- **Driving licence and use of own car is highly desirable/preferred**
- Knowledge of care plans and home care procedures is advantageous
- Please note, this role will require an Enhanced DBS Check and First Check.

Competitive hourly rate at £13.30 per hour, mileage at 0.25p per mile, full training & other benefits.
