It's that time of year again!

I have been looking forward to returning to Shambala all year 💜 all set up and ready to meet so many lovely people once again!

I'm running individual and group sessions in my lovely little tent all weekend and also a larger workshop in the Meditatoon space at 6pm tonight 😀 so plenty of chance to get involved!

Hello,
I'm fundraising to help a Palestinian family we met in Cairo. If you would like to donate a little goes a long way and every penny counts. £5 will pay for one box of formula. I am aiming to raise enough to cover the cost of formula for one year to give a tiny bit of relief to a Mama who has gone through so much already, she shouldn't have to worry she can't feed her baby.
