It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jeffrey Henry James, a much loved father and friend.
Jeffrey will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
His funeral service will be held on Tuesday 1st September at Westerleigh Crematorium, Woodland Chapel at 12pm.
Donations in Jeffrey's memory to be made to British Heart Foundation.
