If anyone sees this lad (one of our top followers) up Roseberry Topping today give him some gentle encouragement! He's doing 10-15 laps of Roseberry Topping in training for the Apex Everest event in September which will be 9 laps of Helvellyn equivalent to the height of Mt Everest!

He's completing it to raise money for a Veterans mental health charity if anyone wants to show him some love!

This is Jodie (on the left), she has worked at Stepping Stones to Independence since 2015 & this year marks 10 years with us.
Jodie is very knowledgeable in the social care sector & is extremely passionate about our service being person-centred, she will always fight for service users, rights, choice and autonomy.
She is always there for staff to provide support and a listening hear.
For me as the a registered manager (I am on the right), having someone like Jodie working alongside me, has been not only rewarding to watch her grow but she is a woman you can rely on.
Jodie has a busy home life, she has a daughter with Type 1 diabetes but not very often things phase her. She gets up, gets on & always says, it is what it is. She also has a toddler boy who keeps her on her toes 💙....
