How confident are you about checking your breasts for signs of breast cancer? Almost a third (29%) of women in England who regularly check their breasts, don’t feel confident to notice a change.

So together, we’re making sure more women get the information they need to spot the signs and symptoms of breast cancer, and know where to go if they notice something unusual.

And if you want to get into the habit of checking your breasts, it’s as simple as TLC:

- Touch your breasts or chest
- Look for changes
- Check anything new or unusual with your GP

Ara - Gambling support across South West

Ara provides gambling support across the South West of England for anyone impacted by gambling including affected others/ loved ones. Our support is wide ranging and includes: 1-1 counselling, CBT Group Workshops, Relationship Counselling and Recovery Management Workshops.

We have been providing gambling support services for over 10 years and received new funding in April as part of the newly commissioned system by NHS England. NHS England » Gambling Harms Treatment Programme.

We have listened to your feedback and have changed the way our clinics will be run this year to make your vaccination experience smoother and more efficient.

Thursday 1st October - Over 65's Only FLU only AM / PM FLU AND COVID
Saturday 3rd October - Under 65's FLU ONLY
Monday 5th October - Flu + COVID
Tuesday 20th October - FLU + COVID

You can get the free NHS flu vaccine if you:
are aged 65 or over (including those who will be 65 by 31 March 2027)
are aged 18 to 64 and have certain long-term health conditions
are pregnant
live in a care home
are the main carer for an older or disabled person, or receive a carer's allowance
live with someone who has a weakened immune system
are experiencing homelessness or staying in a homeless hostel or night shelter
