📢 We’re hiring: Part-Time Receptionist

North Bristol Private Hospital is looking for a professional, organised and patient-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our friendly team at our hospital in Aztec West, Bristol.

This front-of-house role is central to providing a warm, welcoming and confidential service for our patients, visitors, contractors and colleagues. Duties include greeting patients, handling telephone and email enquiries, supporting appointment administration, maintaining accurate records, processing payments and helping ensure our reception area remains safe, calm and well organised.

Role details:
📍 Location: North Bristol Private Hospital, 150 Aztec West, Bristol, BS32 4UB
🕣 Hours: 2 days per week, 8:30am–5:00pm, usually Wednesday and Thursday, with some flexibility required
📄 Contract: Part-time, permanent

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, good IT skills and a calm, respectful approach when supporting patients and visitors.

Previous reception, customer service or administrative experience is essential; healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.

Benefits include free on-site parking, staff refreshments, role-specific induction and training, and the opportunity to work as part of a supportive, patient-focused hospital team.

We are delighted to share two lovely pieces of feedback from patients who underwent breast surgery at North Bristol Private Hospital in August 2026, including a bilateral mastopexy and a breast implant removal and replacement.
