The summer solstice….in preparation of the longest day of the year feels like the perfect moment to pause, move and restore. We'll begin with freestyle movement on the mat so gentle, freeform and completely judgement free to shake off the day and drop into the present moment.

From there we'll settle into a deeply restorative sound bath, letting the resonant vibrations of the gongs carry you into genuine stillness.
