We’re delighted to be supporting Robins Community Foundation to deliver REACT (Retirement in Action) at Imperial Sports Ground from this September!

Funded through the Vivensa Foundation, with additional funding from the BNSSG ICB, Age UK Bristol is leading the development of Strength & Balance provision across Bristol.

REACT is an evidence-based programme supporting adults aged 60+ who are beginning to notice changes in their mobility, strength, balance or confidence – helping them stay active, independent and connected.

A fantastic example of local organisations working together to help older people stay active and independent for longer. 💚

This August, I’m challenging myself to complete 100 squats every single day to raise money for cancer research — and I need your support to keep me going!
