AVOID DISAGREEMENTS IN RELATIONSHIP ❤️

Disagreement are inevitable.🙅🏻‍♀️

EVERY couple argues.

YES even the ones that post “perfect” pictures of their “perfect” social media.👩🏻‍❤️‍👨🏽

Arguments are expected and arguments are ok.

However SOME arguments can be avoided.🥰

Have you ever had a heated argument with your partner and 20 minutes into it you asked yourself, “what are we actually arguing about?”🤷🏻‍♀️

Yeeeeep, I’ve been there too. So let’s see how we can avoid these pointless disagreements .

✅1. Listen without Interrupting

Baby, I know you want to be heard, but so does your partner.

When your partner is talking, listen.

Don’t interrupt.❌

Don’t think about what argument you are going to use against them.

Listen and try to see it from their point of view.

When it’s your turn to talk, claim your space, but only once it’s YOUR turn.

You should expect your partner to give you the same courtesy and listen to what you are saying.

But you need to start.

✅2. Repeat
This is how you can really understand your partner.

Repeat what they said.

Try to repeat it word by word if you can.

Example.

A: You never make time for me, it’s so freaking annoying, I feel like you don’t care about me.

B: So what you are saying is that you feel like I never make time for you and that makes you feel like I don’t care about you.

✅3. Ask For clarification
- There may be things that you may not understand.

This is your time to ask your partner to clarify.

Remember do this with love and kindness ❤️❤️

HOW TO BECOME CONFIDENT IMMEDIATELY!!

Imagine a sad person😢. How do they walk and how do they speak?

You probably imagined someone who is trying to make themselves smaller using their body language. Their voice is very soft and very quiet.

We think that our emotions affect our body, however it’s the other way around!

If you're slouching, you're more likely to start feeling tired and sad, embarrassed, shy🥺.

The answer is simple:

FIX YOUR POSTURE

When sitting - sit right up!

When walking - walk with your chest out and with your head held high!
Like the damn king or queen you are👸🏻🤴🏽!

You’ll realise that after two to three minutes you will start to feel so much better💁🏻‍♀️.

This will immediately affect your confidence level. Just try it🥰.

The next time you walk into a room, walk in there like you own it😎!

How many times have you heard the following: I’ll sleep when I’m dead. Resting is for the weak. You have to sacrifice sleep in order to be successful.
I've heard way too many people say this and although it might be true for some, it doesn't have to be a golden rule for everyone.
I learned that working smart is way better than working hard. On a journey to success a lot of people say "I will take it slow when....", what they don't realise is that once they reach that goal it won't be enough. It will never be enough until you start having the mentality that what you ALREADY have is enough.
Learn how to listen to your body. There will be times when you will have to push yourself, lose sleep and work harder than ever. But it doesn't have to become a lifestyle. Remember, you can create your own rules. You got this ❤️
