Outdoor swimming is great for your eyes 👁️, mind & body

Seeing water rippling and shimmering brings back natural movement of our eyes and you’ll also get the benefits of the sun light too ☀️

Been feeling a bit run down recently, so being surrounded by nature was great for my overall wellbeing 😌

It was beautiful day and my eyes, mind & body felt lovely and refreshed 💕

Natural Dry Eye Cure?!

Instead of spending thousands on IPL (Intense Light Therapy) or eye drops with unwanted chemicals and additives, why not try the natural way?!

A friend of mine got IPL and it didn’t even work! That’s a real bummer if you’ve spent a grand!

I also saw a post about warning about eye drops products that were unsterile and had to be recalled.

The Natural method don’t have any side effects, in fact it’ll give you all sorts of pleasant unexpected benefits like better sleep and focus. You’ll also be able to use this knowledge for ever & it’s self empowering!

It’s a no brainier 🧠👀

My latest specialised vision yoga course on dry eyes and digital eye strain is my culmination of over 20 years yoga teaching experience and 6 years natural vision therapy. It won’t break the bank…in fact, at the moment there’s a discount offer too!

This is the one thing I did regularly to improve my eyesight naturally

Sunning 🌞 Max

You can use hands to bring dappling light effect or do it faster for strobing effect.

Amazing for your eyes as it mimics the natural dappling light you get when walking through woods or forest.

You can sit down & practice if you easily get dizzy and be careful if you have photosensitive Epilepsy.

In my Introduction to Vision Yoga course, I show you how to practice sunning safely.

Walking barefoot improves eyesight?!

🦶 Walking barefoot stimulates nerve endings in your feet, linked to the brain’s visual centre and relaxes the eye muscles, and improves eyesight.

👁️ Barefoot walking and peripheral vision share a vital neurological connection through proprioception (your body’s awareness of its position in space) and balance.

🕳️ Reducing tunnel vision & open peripheral awareness.

👣 Acupressure points on the first, second, and third toes correspond directly to the optic nerves & releases eye strain.

🧍 Grounding practices are shown to decrease stress levels, which lead to an overall well-being

Optician says it doesn’t change the shape of eye balls but our vision is more than just eyes 👀
It involves our mind & body. Besides, our eyes are liquid filled balls and the shape can change more than we think - mine did!

There is too much glass around Bristol, so I’ve bought these lightweight five toes Vibram!

It took several months to transition to barefoot shoes, but it feels great and helped my knee problem too!

Top tip: if you don’t want to buy anything, just wear barefoot at home 🦶

Are you trying to improve your eyesight naturally but not seeing any results?

You might be following all the recommended practices and techniques but feel like you’re not getting anywhere.

I understand as I was also in a similar situation about 6 years ago.

There were times when I thought of giving up, but I knew that it was possible after experiencing clear flashes - moments of sudden & complete clear eyesight. It felt like a miracle!

I’m glad I persisted because I no longer need to wear glasses and understand the key to natural vision improvement. These are;

👁️ Dynamic relaxation

👁️ Focused mind

It’s very similar to yogic theory of Sthira (Steadiness, stability, strength, and alertness) and Sukham (Ease, comfort, and lightness).

👁️ Strong belief in your ability to heal

So you don’t give up easily & because your brain plays essential role in vision.

👁️ Improving your visualisation & memory

👁️ Interested in seeing

👁️ Re-learning to naturally see again

All these qualities cannot be forced but can be found through mindful practice. It’s quite similar to Yoga.

It’s not a quick fix but these will bring better vision & health for your entire being.

Easy and cheap solution for dry eyes and digital eye strain 👁️

It’s lovely and relaxing too 😊

Hot & cold treatment is great for stimulating and improving circulation and can have similar benefits to palming.

If you don’t want to buy anything, you can use hot and cold flannels or towels or you can do splashing (two bowls of water: hot & cold)

Great way to wake up your eyes 💦

I used to suffer from eye infections, dry itchy eyes and blurry vision largely from wearing contact lenses all the time.

There are so many natural ways to look after your eyes and I’ve just made a special Vision Yoga course on digital eye strain and dry eyes!
