Breastfeeding Awareness Month

It's so important to bring awareness to breastfeeding, for people doing it and for people not. Creating a better understanding and offering better support

My biggest take aways after years of breastfeeding - it's hard not to feel judged for every decision you make, it'll sometimes feel like you cant do anything right, so try and follow your intuition and do things your way 🤘🏼 Breastfeeding is hard, and then it isn't. It teaches you incredible patience. It's all consuming and over whelming and also a MASSIVE privilege
