Hi lovely people
I’ve just come back from Buddhafield Festival, and it was magical ✨

This was my 6th year in a row, and every time it feels like coming home. It’s a place where I can slow down, reconnect, recharge, and take time for myself. I’m feeling so grateful to be part of this beautiful community 💚

What is massage for me?

Massage, for me, is about creating a space where people can reconnect with themselves through safety, presence, and compassionate touch.
My work is grounded in a trauma-aware and sensitive approach, recognising that every body carries its own history, experiences, and needs.
I offer treatments that are both therapeutic and deeply restorative, adapting each session to the individual rather than following a fixed routine. Whether you're seeking relief from physical tension, support during a stressful period, or simply time to rest and reset, I aim to provide a calm and welcoming environment where you can feel heard and cared for.

My work is deeply influenced by my own journey of self-discovery through movement, meditation, creativity, and years of inner work. For over eight years, I have practised 5Rhythms dance, which continues to inspire the way I listen to and work with the body.

My intention is to help people feel more comfortable, connected, and at home in their bodies.

There is something very special about gathering in nature 🌿
