A little note from us 💚

As a newly opened small business, every review matters to us, and we always welcome genuine feedback about our treatments.

However, the wellbeing and dignity of our therapists matter just as much.

Recently, one of our therapists reported being made uncomfortable during a treatment by a client’s overly familiar and sexually suggestive comments and behaviour. When professional boundaries are crossed, our priority will always be to support and protect our therapists.

We respect every client’s right to share their experience, but we also believe there are two sides to every situation. A negative review will never pressure us into overlooking behaviour that makes a member of our team feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

Massage is a professional treatment. Respect must always go both ways.

Thank you to all of our wonderful clients who continue to treat our therapists with kindness and respect. 🌿

All of our therapists will be very busy with treatments throughout the day, so unfortunately we may not always be available to answer the phone.

If you need to contact us, please feel free to send us a message through our page, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

For bookings and availability, you can also book online through our website.

Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support. 🙏
