Bluebird Care (Bath) and Bath Clinic are proud to announce a new partnership aimed at improving access to healthcare, wellbeing support and post-hospital care for people across Bath and the surrounding areas.
The partnership brings together the region’s leading home care provider with the city’s only private hospital, which has been established for over 40 years, strengthening the support available to both Bluebird Care customers and Bath Clinic patients.
As part of the collaboration, Bluebird Care customers will benefit from enhanced access to a range of services at Bath Clinic, including private GP appointments, diagnostics and health screening services.
In return, Bluebird Care is able to provide a dedicated Hospital to Home support service for patients being discharged from Bath Clinic, helping individuals recover safely and comfortably in their own homes following treatment or surgery.
The two organisations will also work closely together to raise awareness of the services available within the local community, ensuring patients and families can access the right support at the right time. Bluebird Care (Bath) Managing Director Tim Rowland-Jones said:

The partnership is launching immediately, with both organisations looking forward to developing further initiatives together over the coming months
