📚 Learning together, every month

Every month, we set aside a whole afternoon as a team for professional development.

Our sessions are always varied — from discussing interesting and complex cases, sharing our individual experiences and clinical knowledge, exploring current topics in physiotherapy, to reviewing and discussing the latest research.

This month, we worked through some more complex patient cases together. By bringing different perspectives, experiences and areas of expertise to the table, we were able to discuss the options, challenge our thinking and agree on the best way forward for each patient.

It’s one of the things we really value about working as a team — we don’t just learn alongside each other, we learn from each other. 💗

And ultimately, all that shared learning comes back to one thing: providing the best possible care for our patients.
