I offer 1:1, standing and seated classes, Shibashi, Hatha and sounds bath relaxation evenings. Tai Chi
I have trained in Shibashi, Qi gong, which literally means energy work, around 5 years ago. I love the gentle inclusive manner of this beautiful moving meditation. No-one is excluded from my classes due to injuries, disabilities, mental or physical issues or age. There is always a way. Sometimes
the classes are standing but there is ALWAYS an option to sit. Come and discover this gentle Chinese philosophy and energy work for yourself. Yoga
I started my Yogic journey in 1998, when my son had been born and I experienced back pain. Yoga and Pilates helped me massively to recover in a natural way. Then I practised Ivengar to an advanced level. I have experienced Hatha (which I teach) plus many others such as Yin, Tree, Vinyasa, Ashtanga to name a few with classes and many retreats. I became a fully qualified teacher after training for a couple of years, to level 4, with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2018. I have been regularly teaching locally and online since then and love it more every day. Yoga is a gift I want to share with everyone, especially with the lockdown creating more physical/mental challenges in our lives. I would be lost without it. My Yoga and Tai chi interests and loves sometimes intertwine in class, pulling on the best parts of both, making my classes quite unique.
