Make sure any of you that get ulez charges for any city. My issue was london TFL but I’m sure others will have the same problem.
I was charged three times for charges in london even though I’ve not driven to london in 3yrs. Photos on charges showed the license plate of the vehicle slightly obscured, and so the system said it was me and obvious to anyone looking, it wasn’t. But it’s all automated so if you don’t check they’ll just charge you.
Double check the monthly statements and the evidence 🙏🤗

So got the wkend off and so, question is?
Is there anyone heading to the peaks this wkend? I’m near worksop so south peak and wouldn’t mind joining if possible. Burbage, cubar etc all not far.

Hope fully this is a coherent rant but I’m pretty pi**ed off 😡

Parkdean sands resort! Pendine sands, south wales!

Booked my mother two holidays this year as always, booked and paid for in Feb & march.

First holiday went ok, as usual, however the second booked for next wk is now an issue.

Even though I have had a confirmation email on Monday this wk, saying how happy they are and looking forward to seeing her. She’s been packed for a wk and all ready to go plus weather is looking good. 😊

But they’ve now said today when booking in, they don’t have any dog accommodation for her booking and that they’d need to cancel. However they could book her in again for another time 😡🤯

I have payment confirmation from Feb that all was done, everything confirmed, party size, time off accommodation and dates. But 7months later they can’t honor the booking!

My mother was left being, told they’d tried but nothing they could do, which is bollox considering everything. They’ve left her feeling she needs to cancel and now is in tears with the stress of me trying to sort it out and obviously there’s no one to talk to till tomorrow.

Fair to say I’m fuming! 😡
Anyone got any advise? Looked for holiday ombudsmen but only ABTA do holiday complaints. And there not ABTA registered.

Any thoughts!? 🙏👍🤗
