I had a busy few days giving onsite chair massage at a conference at the Celtic Manor Hotel in Wales. It was lovely to work in a big team of therapists. A 15 minute treatment can reduce levels of cordisol( the stress hormone) leaving clients feeling refreshed. . It can alleviate tension and promote a sense of calm.
