🩹First class first aid! 🩹

Thanks to Acorn Health and Safety training this week, the team had a full refresher on all things first aid! It’s super important for us to ensure the clinic is as safe as possible so it was great to brush up on the current knowledge 📕

A huge GOOD LUCK and (temporary) good bye to Jess who’s leaving for Florida tomorrow!🍀

Rhys has taken care of Jess over the last few years who has recently been offered a Tennis scholarship in Florida! Of course we had to fit in a last adjustment before she starts her journey over to the USA🇺🇸… what an opportunity!

We’ll really miss you Jess but go and SMASH IT!💙💙

🏝️ 🚨NEVER FEAR THE ORKU SUMMER STRETCH SQUAD ARE HERE🚨🏝️

Every day over the school summer holidays we’ll be sharing a new, simple stretch every day on our stories to help keep everyone moving, feeling great and having fun 💪☀️

Follow along and give the stretches a try (yes, that does involve you too parents😉)

See you on the mat, living room carpet, lawn or beach! 🏖️

A super simple ‘stop and stretch’ for this warm Saturday afternoon☀️⬇️

- Start in a half kneeling position with your hip/ knee touching or as close to a solid surface as possible.
- Place your hands out in front of you, with the back of your hand closest to the surface touching it.
- Bring the alternate hand away, rotating round until you feel a deep stretch or you reach the wall behind you.
✅Hold for 8-10 seconds and repeat 3-4 times

As always, 🛑 stop if you experience any pain and get your exercises checked! Harvey has a few appointments left for next week if you need help 📅
