This week we have had some incredible results with clients having a colonic hydrotherapy treatment.

Getting so much unwanted 💩 out of them, making them feel so good after. This extraordinary summer that we’re having is leaving People quite dehydrated which can then cause those bowels to slow down and creating ongoing constipation.

We also have seen such a rise in clients using weight loss injections to help support thier weight loss journey but they do alters the digestive system and can also make people develop constipation.

What are your thoughts on the secondary school toilet system?

I used to work many moons ago in secondary schools working with year 10 and 11s around staying active. Normally all the schools I worked in had this open mixed toilet system and so many of the students I worked with would never use them. I also hear this a lot with my clients and their children. Would love to know your thoughts?

3 simple tips to help you feel less bloated ☝🏻

Keeping it very simple with realistic habits that you might not even know that you are currently doing that is creating this excess gas within the system.

1. Slow down when eating your meals and make sure you chew your food well.

2. Check in with how you are p**ping? Are you feeling satisfied after going to the toilet? Do you feel like there’s more to come? Do you have that heavy feeling throughout the day? Chances are that you are going to be constipated and have excess p**p in the bowel then creates more bloating.

3. The biggest one that we see mostly is the stress of the modern Lifestyle creating us to be constantly in our stress state which is known as your sympathetic nervous system. You are not in your optimal mode to digest food when in this state plus the way that air travels through the system is compromised.

Struggling to go to the toilet? you might have accidentally trained your bowels to not feel safe to go, so here are three tips to help Help with that.

1. Don’t ignore the urge when the urge comes. We all poo we all fart it’s very natural and I know it’s difficult but try and work on overcoming that fear of using a public toilet or p**ping at work.

2. Re-establishing the Brain got connection by going into the toilet every single morning even if you don’t need to go and just sit and chill for five minutes to see if anything happens if it doesn’t, you come back the next day and the next day.

3. Use a Scotty potty or anything to elevate your knees high as this puts you into the perfect p**ping position and can make much easier if you are struggling. Also rocking back-and-forth can work rotating that pelvis a little bit of if you’re struggling to get that p**p out.

Ok guys!! The grass definitely wasn’t greener for us and due to so many issues and hidden costs with this new booking system we have decided to go back to Booksy. The only reason why we left Booksy in the first place was we believed it didn’t have the features we needed to move our business in the direction that we wanted however are speaking to their senior account managers there has a lot of of things that we can do to fix this with them.

ANYWAY… there is absolutely nothing that anyone needs to do. Everything will be handled behind the scenes. We just wanted to inform you of the change which we will be making this Friday, the 24th of July. If you have a booking with us coming up, you will receive a appointment email from Booksy as we scheduling our upcoming appointments into there but again there is nothing that you need to do. It is just for your information.

Of course, if you have any questions about anything or any concerns, please do message us directly and we can go through it with you.

I also just wanted to say thank you so much for your understanding. We do understand that lots of change isn’t always great, but we really felt like we couldn’t stay with the current booking system as it was quite a detriments to our business and we feel the only way forward was to go with what we know works.

1. Take a seat in our waiting area, we have filled it with beautiful plants so it feels very calming for you

2. If you havnt yet completed your new client form, this would be a great time to do so. You will be sent full instructions on how to do this and where it is located.

3. Relax, of course ask if you do need to use the bathroom as we do have 2 toilets spaces.

4. Your practitioner will come and get you once everything is ready and set up
