📢 Recently, we have noticed a significant increase in instances of patients shouting, swearing, and being rude to our Care Navigation team and support staff. Our team members work tirelessly to provide the best possible care and assistance to everyone who walks through our doors. Unfortunately, the stress of these interactions has made their roles increasingly challenging, and we are concerned about their well-being.

🤝 Our Care Navigators are here to help you, and they deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. We understand that medical situations can be stressful, and emotions can run high. However, we kindly ask that you remember our team is working hard to support you and that a respectful interaction can make a positive difference for everyone involved.

❗We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. Let’s work together to ensure that our practice remains a place where everyone feels safe and valued.

Keeping your contact details up to date helps us:
✅ Contact you about appointments, test results and important health information.
✅ Ensure you receive invitations for vaccinations, screening and health reviews.
