A denim jumpsuit probably wouldn’t have been something I’d automatically pick for myself… but here we are 😂💙

After a full day at a football tournament, comfort was definitely needed — but this also felt like a little step outside my usual comfort zone.

And actually, I loved it.

It reminded me that being adventurous doesn’t always have to mean doing something massive. Sometimes it’s wearing something different, trying a new style, saying yes instead of automatically saying “that’s not really me”.

Because how do you know it’s not you until you try it? 👀

Would you wear a denim jumpsuit? 👇🏻

I really didn’t feel like doing a workout this morning.

There was no big burst of motivation. No sudden urge to get moving. I could quite happily have talked myself out of it.

But that’s the difference between motivation and discipline.

Motivation comes and goes. Discipline is doing the thing you said you were going to do, even when you don’t particularly feel like it.

And it’s exactly the same with weight loss.

You won’t wake up motivated every single day. Some days will feel easy, others won’t.

The results come from the choices you make on BOTH kinds of days. 🤍

You don’t need to feel motivated today.
You just need to make your next choice.

: If you’re tired of waiting to “feel motivated” and want some structure and support instead, message me READY 🤍

I think sometimes we put pressure on ourselves to make every day off productive, exciting or memorable.

But a quiet day isn’t a wasted day.

You’re allowed to potter around, rest, catch up on little jobs or do absolutely nothing particularly interesting.

Real life has slow days too — and honestly, I think we need them.

Do you enjoy a quiet day, or does it leave you feeling as though you should be doing something?

No glamorous morning routine here. 😂

I got up, took my supplements, washed up, hung out the washing, sorted the recycling, went for a walk and fitted in a workout.

Nothing extraordinary — just a few ordinary things that help me feel as though I’ve started the week well.

I’m enjoying not having the school-day rush, but I still need a little structure. Otherwise, I could quite happily lose the entire morning scrolling on my phone. 😂

Do you keep some sort of routine when you’re off work, or completely switch off?

Be honest…

How long have you been saying
“I’ll start soon”?

Because soon turns into months… really quickly.

There’s no perfect time.

Just a moment where you decide.

If today’s that moment—

message me “NOW” 🤍

Today’s plans are nothing particularly exciting — just a trip to the High Street for an optician appointment.

I’m wearing a casual brown dress with my Mary Jane sandals. Comfortable, easy to throw on and still makes me feel like I’ve made a little bit of an effort.

These are probably my favourite outfits to share because they’re what I genuinely wear for normal, everyday life — not just special occasions.

Are you a dress-and-sandals person in the summer, or do you usually reach for trousers?

Sometimes we tell ourselves we’ve lost motivation, when actually we’ve just lost a bit of structure.

The water has slipped.
Meals have become more random.
The little extras have crept in.
We’ve stopped checking in or getting on the scales.

That doesn’t mean you’ve failed, and it certainly doesn’t mean you need to wait until Monday.

You may just need to bring back one or two of the habits that were helping you before. No judgement—just a little honesty and accountability. 💚

What’s one habit you could bring back tomorrow?
