Job Title: Best Life Companions Recruitment Administrator.
Salary information: £14.50/hour inc. holiday pay.
Very flexible working, office based on Chipping Sodbury High Street.
Hours: 6 hours a week initially.
Location: Ideally you will live locally to Yate / Sodbury.
Role Profile

The Recruitment Administrator, is responsible for onboarding new companion support workers as well as organising the associated administration.

Tasks and key responsibilities
Use of Google Workspace e.g. sheets, docs, forms, gmail, drive
IT and Tech Savvy
Onboarding new client and support worker companions
Conducting interviews with potential support worker recruits
Completing recruitment administration
Conducting administration as required of the business
Covering for other staff as required
Positively represent Best Life Companions, providing our background, convey our values, understand and communicate our policies, procedures, terms and conditions
Email management
Demonstrate consistent punctuality and reliability
Report any improvements that can be made to clients’ services or general processes
Carry out and remain up to date with all training as required
Be compliant with all policies and or procedures
Adhere to Environmental and Ethics Codes of Conduct
