I'm a registered manager, and I built the CQC tool I always wished existed.
Like you, I've felt that knot before an inspection. You've got the policies and the folders — but can you be sure the evidence holds up? That nothing's gone stale, nothing's missing, nothing contradicts itself?
So I built March. It's deliberately the opposite of a dashboard that turns everything green. It reads your documents, maps them to the CQC quality statements, and tells you honestly where your evidence is strong, where it's thin, and exactly what a picky inspector would challenge first. It won't let you mark yourself green when the evidence doesn't back it up.
Think of it as an honest, independent second opinion — not another system marking its own homework.
I'm looking for 5 registered managers to pilot it — free. Domiciliary or supported living, any size. In return, I want your honest feedback: does it actually help?
Spaces are limited, so there's a waitlist — and the first 20 on it get 50% off their first year when we launch.
It's beta, and honest about what it is: March supports your judgement, it never issues a CQC rating — that's always the inspector's call.
Join the waitlist: marchcqc.co.uk/waitlist — or comment/DM me, or email [email protected].
