Over the past few months, we have been quietly creating something we feel is genuinely different.
The Nurture Circle is a gentle postnatal wellbeing circle designed to support both mums and babies through the early weeks and months of parenthood.
Together we’ll explore simple baby reflexology techniques, maternal wellbeing and the power of community, all within the beautiful surroundings of The Book Hotel at The Falstaff, Ramsgate.
We wanted to create the kind of space we’d hope every new mum could find.
A place to slow down.
To learn.
To ask questions.
To drink good coffee.
To meet other local mums.
And to leave feeling just a little calmer and more confident than when you arrived.
