Wirral Falls Prevention Service The Falls Prevention Service are a small friendly team comprised of health care professionals and exercise instructors.

We work with non-housebound older people who may be noticing a decline in balance, strength and confidence.

Excellent feedback received today from one of our Service User's who has completed our Strength and Balance exercise programme.... "I just think it's a very good service, it's helped me a lot and I wouldn't be doing half of the things I'm doing now if I hadn't of come here. It's given me a lot more confidence".
A big well done to our fantastic Instructors who work with individuals to not only improve their strength and balance but their confidence and independence too! 😊
