I recently undertook some additional professional study and am now trained in advanced maternity reflexology. Reflexology is so helpful in all stages of pregnancy, from pre-conception, through pregnancy itself, preparation for birth and beyond in the post-natal or ‘fourth’ trimester stage. The training covered protocols for treating several conditions that should be useful for all my clients – pregnant or not – including pelvic girdle/lower back pain, nausea and heartburn, constipation, itching and swollen legs. If you are an existing client of mine, you can receive reflexology from conception onwards. I only accept new clients when they are beyond 13 weeks of pregnancy.
