What Happens at My Monthly Sound Bath?

My monthly sound bath is a 90-minute journey designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling deeply relaxed and restored😴

Each month has its own unique theme and chakra focus, allowing us to work with the changing seasons, moon cycles, or areas of personal growth. Every session is different, giving you a fresh experience each time you attend💗

We begin with a guided meditation centred around the month’s theme, helping you settle into the space, quiet the mind, and set your intention for the evening✨

This is followed by a short Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), inviting your body into a state of deep relaxation before we begin the sound journey🎶

You’ll then be immersed in a soothing sound experience using a variety of therapeutic instruments, including:

* Crystal singing bowls
* Gong
* Ocean drum
* Rain stick
* Chimes

The sounds and vibrations gently encourage your body and mind to relax, helping to calm the nervous system and create space for rest, reflection, and inner peace💗

Throughout the sound journey, I also send group Angelic Reiki, allowing you to receive gentle, healing energy while you relax. You simply lie back, get comfortable, and receive whatever is for your highest good💫

Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, find emotional balance, deepen your spiritual connection, or simply enjoy some much-needed time for yourself, these evenings offer a safe, nurturing space to rest and recharge💫

Such a fabulous day in London! ✨❤️

We went to see I’m Every Woman, the incredible show celebrating the life and music of Chaka Khan🎶

What an emotional but uplifting experience — such an amazing woman and such a powerful story💖

Then it was rooftop drinks in Covent Garden enjoying the sunshine☀️ with great DJ vibes 🎧 and lots of laughter
