👀 Peek a boo..

I can see lots of you having a little nosey around my page 👋🏼 and I love it!

I know homeopathy won't be everyone's cup of tea, and I certainly don't expect everyone to share every post I put up.

But...
A like is lovely.
A comment is even lovelier.
But a SHARE is where the magic happens! ✨

For a small business like mine, a simple share can help my posts reach someone who might actually need to see them.

🦠 Back to school…and here come the bugs🦠

This is often the time of year when we start seeing coughs, colds, sore throats and all the usual bugs doing the rounds in schools.

There are plenty of simple, natural ways to support health through the season, good food, plenty of rest, fresh air, time outdoors and looking after those everyday basics.
