What a scene to welcome in 2026 💖 The new year doesnt need a new you! We set ourselves unrealistic goals & feel a failure when we don’t obtain them. If you so desire choose small, simple things that you can begin to implement into your daily routine… its takes 21 days to form a habit ! So whether thats choosing there’s no screen time first thing when you waken & soaking in the daylight steadying your cortisol levels, replacing the first cuppa with lemon & hot water aiding your digestion , or replacing sweet treats for healthy snacks balancing your blood sugars. These small things can soon all add up to gaining better health 💖 Nature gifted me a few more days off so Clinic reopens Tuesday 13th January DM to book or if I can help
