Summer bookings here are nearly full but we have availability in Autumn. I am now offering spa breaks where you can choose from a variety of treatments in line with the season and shaped by the natural rhythm of the year. From grounding nourishing sole treatments for walkers and workers, to warm oil head and neck massage for reducing stress. A full menu of treatments will be launched soon, so watch this space. It’s my last day at Balance in Aberdyfi today. I feel positive about moving on but also tender as I leave behind what has been a home for the past few years. So many wonderful clients and conversations, special occasions celebrated together and important life thresholds. It has been so wonderful to work alongside Jo and Helen. They are masters at what they do. For the next bit I am taking a breath and then managing a build but I will get in touch when I decide to start again.
