Let me DE-INFLUENCE you for a second.
If your feed is full of wins, and 'you should do this' then I promise you those people have s**t days too. if it's full of parenting experts or therapists (ππΌββοΈ) telling you how to feel better, parent better, BE BETTER, it would be easy to assume they all have their s**t figured out, but I promise you we don't!
Yes I share tips, advice and my knowledge on kids mental health but that does not mean I'm perfect, I mess up, I'm human, and you're human too, and that's ok!
I hope that my content helps you, but I mostly hope it doesn't make you feel like you're not good enough, because we can't follow all the advice all the time, even when we are the ones giving it!
So just do what you can, when you can, and know that we are all just muddling through this thing we call life as best we can ππ©·
